Further, after visiting our Admission office you can acquire a prospectus et & fill out the Admission Form Get the admission form from reception (admission) and fill it out; you should read the instructions carefully while filling out the form.

REQUIRED DOCUMENT

The following documents are required for you to submit along with the admission form:

  • Three photographs
  • Result cards copies
  • B-form or CNIC copy
  • Your parent/guardian CNIC copies
  • Equivalence certificate (for O Level students)

FEE DEPOSIT AND ENROLLMENT

Submit all fees to the admission office or bank within the due date to complete the admission process. Once the admission processes are completed, you will receive your roll number from our admission office. Ensure timely payment to secure your enrollment at Kings Cadet College.

NOTES

  • All required documents must be attached along with the admission form & must be submitted.
  • Make sure you submit this to our admission office before the due date of admission.
  • Intermediate admission would be confirmed only after the declaration of the pass result by the board.

Eligibility Criteria

Students who have passed their matriculation are eligible to apply for their admission to intermediate.

F.Sc. (Pre Medical)

Students who have passed their matriculation with science group and the combination of Biology are eligible to apply.

F.Sc. (Pre Engineering)

Students who have passed their matriculation with the Science group and the combination of either Biology or Computer Science are eligible to apply.

ICS

Students who have passed their matriculation either with the Science group or Arts Group are eligible to apply.

I.COM

Students who have passed their matriculation either with Science group or Arts Group are eligible to apply.

Result awaiting students can apply along with a hope certificate and signing an undertaking regarding their result status.

ADMISSION SCHEDULE

The admission schedule for the respective year can be downloaded from the official website of the institute or you can have it from the Admission office at the campus, after the declaration of matriculation result.

ADMISSION POLICY

All applications must be submitted at the Admission office, Kings Cadet College Gujrat, or via Online Admission Application System on or before and/or scholarship the stipulated deadline. Late applications will not be considered for admission.

All information submitted through online application should be supported by the provision of copies of relevant transcripts and certificates. Any information will not be considered valid if missing an official proof/document. Moreover, documents submitted at the time of admission will not be returned under any circumstances.

College Rights

The college reserves the right to select the best suitable candidates for its offered programs. Admission and financial aid decisions taken by the Institute are final.

Regardless of citizenship, all applicants to Kings Cadet College are held to the same admissions standards and evaluated on the same criteria.

Applicants should be aware, that the presentation of incorrect/false/forged/fraudulent information or document(s) in connection with admission is a criminal offense and the Institute reserves the right to initiate appropriate action. Action may include but is not limited to cancellation of an application for admission, an offer of admission, or enrollment.

Upon cancellation of admission, once paid dues will not be refunded in any case. It is the applicant’s sole responsibility to provide complete, correct, and timely information to the Admissions Office. Applications without complete and correct information or documents will not be considered for admission.

DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST

  • For local applicants are required to bring the following:
  • Three Attested photocopies of all academics degrees/result cards
  • Three recent passport-sized color photographs with blue backgrounds.
  • Photocopy of CNIC of Father/Guardian.
  • In the case of A Level/GCE, an IBCC EQUIVALENCE Certificate is required.
  • Attach NOC in case of a change of Board.
  • Photocopy of Student’s B. Form and Domicile.
